In the unlikely circumstance that the Event is canceled by Robb Report, Event attendees may choose to receive either a full credit toward another Robb Report experience occurring on or before December 31, 2024, or receive a refund in full of the Event Fee.  Robb Report is not responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of cancellation outside of the Event Fee such as transportation costs or other cancellation fees.

In order to attend the Event, each Event attendee is required to agree to and sign Robb Report’s standard Event Waiver and Release prior to the Event’s start.  Event activities may also be subject to eligibility requirements of third-parties that you may also be required to fulfill in order to be eligible to participate in certain activities at the Event, including agreeing to and signing third-party legal release and waiver agreements.  If you are unable or unwilling to agree to the terms of any third-party waiver for a specific activity that is part of the Event, you may still be able to participate in the Event generally, with the exception of participating in that specific activity.
